About the Role
As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our service delivery team, ensuring we consistently exceed expectations and help our clients achieve their business goals.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Monitor service delivery and ensure client satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for service expansion and improvement
- Conduct regular client reviews and strategy sessions
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues
- Help clients maximize the value of our services
- Support client onboarding and implementation processes
- Track and report on client health metrics
What You Bring
- 3+ years of client relationship management experience
- Strong understanding of financial services or B2B environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Experience with CRM systems and project management tools
